User Agreement ​

Welcome to Mate Reader!

By using Mate Reader services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you agree to read and comply with this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Please read and understand all terms carefully, especially those regarding liability limitations.

If you do not agree with any terms of this Agreement, please stop using the Service immediately. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

1. Scope of Agreement ​

  1. This Agreement is between you and Xingli Tech Studio regarding your use of Mate Reader services.

  2. The Service refers to real-life content language learning services provided by Xingli Tech Studio through WeChat Mini Program, Web, and PC client platforms.

2. Account Registration and Use ​

  1. You need to register an account to use the Service. The account should be registered with a mobile phone number.

  2. You understand and agree that your account name, avatar, and profile information must not contain illegal or inappropriate content.

  3. You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Please keep your account and password safe.

3. User Conduct Guidelines ​

3.1 You agree not to engage in the following activities: ​

  1. Opposing the basic principles of the constitution;
  2. Endangering national security;
  3. Damaging national honor and interests;
  4. Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination;
  5. Undermining national religious policies;
  6. Spreading rumors and disrupting social order;
  7. Distributing obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, or terrorist content;
  8. Insulting or defaming others;
  9. Other content prohibited by laws and regulations.

3.2 You may not use the Service to: ​

  1. Collect or process others' personal information without permission;
  2. Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service;
  3. Copy or distribute any content from the Service without permission;
  4. Engage in other illegal activities or violate others' rights.

4. Intellectual Property ​

  1. All content provided in the Service (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, and programs) is owned by Xingli Tech Studio or relevant rights holders.

  2. Without written permission, you may not copy, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from such content.

5. Disclaimer ​

  1. The Service provides learning content only and does not constitute any form of advice. Users should use the Service reasonably based on their own circumstances.

  2. Xingli Tech Studio is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party reasons.

  3. Xingli Tech Studio is not liable for any losses resulting from your use of the Service to the extent permitted by law.

6. Service Changes, Interruption, or Termination ​

  1. Xingli Tech Studio reserves the right to change, interrupt, or terminate any part of the Service at any time.

  2. Xingli Tech Studio may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

    • Your personal information is inaccurate;
    • You violate this Agreement;
    • You engage in illegal or improper behavior.

7. Agreement Modifications ​

  1. Xingli Tech Studio may modify this Agreement at any time.

  2. Changes will be announced through the application.

  3. If you do not agree with the modified Agreement, you may stop using the Service. Continued use indicates acceptance of the modified Agreement.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution ​

  1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

  2. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the People's Court where Xingli Tech Studio is located.
